Refund Policy
We offer a 5 days refund window. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact Burke’s Naturals at hello@burkesnaturals.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We will send a confirmation of the approval or rejection of your refund. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
Approved refunds
A refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. The credit may take 7 to 10 business days.
Late refunds
Please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@burkesnaturals.com.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of food-based products, unfortunately, we do not offer returns and exchanges.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@burkesnaturals.com and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
